Circatron has long supported the Tunbridge Wells Sea Cadet Corps both financially and in time given. Now Circatron are happy to cement our links with a very worthy organisation by the donation of a range of computer equipment.
Our reasoning behind this is simple as our goals in many ways coincide. The aim of the Sea Cadet Corps is to guide youngsters to responsible adulthood. The discipline, teamwork and sense of responsibility learned in such organisations is very valuable and produces the kind of people we want at Circatron. Over the years we have recruited a number of former cadets as employees.
Kieron Ireland, Sales Director, said "The youth of today are the future. They must be encouraged and nurtured for all our sakes." Here at Circatron we hope in the year of the 150th anniversary of the cadet movement the Sea Cadets, older by six years, continue to thrive.
